The Indiana Supreme court recently took a giant steaming shit on the Constitution, denying citizens the right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.

Wait a minute, why would the police want to come into your home unlawfully? And more importantly, why would you resist them?

Ask Jose Guerena. Well, I guess I should say, ask his widow.

The officer said that when the SWAT team got the door open, they found Guerena crouched in the hall pointing an assault rifle at them. According to O’Connor, Guerena said, “”I have something for you!” He said that Guerena “brought this all on himself by presenting himself the way he did.”[emphasis added]

I’m sorry, but what? Unbelievable.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Let’s go for the cherry on top. The police lied about being fired on….big fucking surprise

Guerena’s relatives disagree. “Now, they’re saying this now that they admitted for him not shooting back (SIC). They want to throw more dirt on him,” said cousin Oscar Garcia.

Garcia is referring to the issue the change story about whether Guerena fired his gun. Initially investigators reported that he had, but then later, they corrected that statement and said that Guerena had not gotten off a shot. Deputies confirmed that Guerena’s safety was still on when his gun was recovered. Also, officials said that reports that some SWAT officers’ shields were riddled with bullets are also untrue.[emphaisis added]

How do you go from bullet hole riddled ballistic shields to “safety was still on” without coming to the conclusion that the cops lied intentionally at the outset?

I hate writing about downers, but goddamnit, I could not hold my tongue on this fucking bullshit.

Walgreens Worker Shows His Stones

Whipping them out in front of everyone, a Walgreens employee in Detroit proved that he had what it took to save himself and his coworkers from what very well could have been a murderous robbery.

BENTON TOWNSHIP — They wore masks.

They wore gloves.

They brandished handguns.

But there was one thing two robbers didn’t anticipate when they barged into a Benton Township Walgreens drugstore early Sunday and tried to march workers into the back room: A worker already in back carried a handgun and knew how to use it.

Township police Lt. Delmar Lange said the worker fired multiple shots at one of the bandits, forcing the men to flee.

“He could see the hostage situation developing,” Lange said. “He could not retreat any farther. He was in the back room. If it was me, I would have done the same thing.”

Lange said the worker, whose name was not released, saw one of the robbers force another worker from the front of the building toward the rear. That robber then saw the worker in back and started to pursue him.

The worker then fired multiple shots.

The robber tried to fire back, but his gun malfunctioned. The robber and his partner ran out.

Lange said none of the four workers was hurt in the 4:30 a.m. incident in the store at Napier Avenue and M-139.

It’s unclear whether the robber was struck, he said. Police are asking hospitals across the area to report if someone comes in with gunshot wounds.

Lange said security camera videos indicate the worker acted appropriately. He said the videos show that the robbers were “very aggressive and very dangerous in what they did and how they did it.”

He said the worker was licensed to carry the concealed handgun.

When my wife was in elementary school her gymnastics teacher was murdered in a robbery just like this one. These events are no joke.


I’m glad someone was ready and prepared to take responsibility for his own protection. Well done nameless Walgreens employee, well done.

Obama Displays His Very Own Terrorist Killing Assault Rifle

Well, sorta. An action figure company based out of Conneticut has announced it will be making a new figure featuring Obama sporting that all American “Fuck You and your third world country” look.

It didn’t work when they tried it a couple of years ago. Barack Obama in a suit.

Think about it: A Community Organizer action figure. Doing what? Talking? Knocking on a door? Handing out protest leaflets at the mall?
Even after two-plus years as president, a Barack Obama action figure would be doing what? Holding a meeting? Handing out money? Talking windmills? Playing golf?

But now, finally, thanks to a band of courageous Navy SEALs and their recent assassination of the world’s most wanted man, a Connecticut toymaker can depict a fictional Barack Obama action figure — with a gun. For shooting people dead. Just like real soldiers.

BATFE Sets A Rabbit On Fire….Yes, A Real Rabbit

So the BATFE has sorta been under the gun lately for breaking multiple laws hundreds of times. They needed a win in order to get some of their fans back. They chose to accomplish this by blowing up a bunch of shit, letting it get out of hand, setting hundreds of acres of private land on fire, and in the process blaming part of the accident on a rabbit. Brilliant


The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms was unwilling to speak on camera, but they did tell FOX34 that a quarterly training exercise took place on private property in Motley County Tuesday afternoon…

…Chief DuBois explains what he said sparked the blaze.

“We found out that the ATF was setting some bombs off to do some checking and seeing what they need to do for their bombs, and this apparently started the fire,” DuBois said.

According to the ATF, the explosive charges were in a dirt field, and they had a fire truck on hand as a precaution, so they thought it would be a smooth, safe exercise. Chief DuBois said a few four-legged creatures helped spread the flames.

“We had it contained at one time, and then a rabbit run across the road and re-set it on the outside, and a wind shift caused it to flare back up and we couldn’t get to it and we had to cut in the fire guard,” DuBois said.[emphasis added]…

…”It’s three different land owners, pastures, yes ma’am,” Sheriff Spence said. Reporter asked, “Would this incident be considered a burn ban violation?” Sheriff Spence replied, “It’s being reviewed by the county attorney at this time, he’ll make a determination of that.”…

…A burn ban is in effect in Motley County.[emphasis added]

“Its just bad planning on the part of the ATF, and the people that are involved in it, didn’t really think it out like they should have,” Sheriff Spence said.

As If You Needed Another Reason To Hate Dick Daley

After the Supreme Court smacked down Chicago’s gun ban last year, the gun grabbers scrambled to evade their responsibilities under the Constitution. Outgoing Mayor Richard M. Daley revised the Windy City’s gun laws to place so many obstacles on the path to gun ownership that few law-abiding citizens would succeed. Now we learn that Mr. Daley wants taxpayers to foot the bill for a team of armed bodyguards to protect him once he leaves office on May 17.[emphasis added]

Ordinary citizens who just want to protect their families get no such special treatment. Prospective gun owners must file an application for a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card with the Illinois State Police that consists of a check for $10, a passport-size photograph and a 30-day wait for a response. After this, they must take a $130 handgun safety course involving at least four hours of classroom instruction and an hour of hands-on training at the range. Because there are no public ranges in the city, an extra trip to the suburbs is needed.

Next on the list is the Chicago Firearm Permit, which requires an application form, more photographs, copies of the firearms ID card and a driver’s license, a set of fingerprints, payment of $100 and another 30-day wait. With permit in hand, a gun may be purchased – but only after another trip to the suburbs and a 72-hour wait. Mr. Daley also cooked up a 14-page list of forbidden weapons, most of which are labeled “unsafe” because he considers them to be scary-looking. The new purchase must be registered with the police within five days, which means filling out yet another form, with multiple photocopies of permits and payment of $15 per gun. If successful, the process must be repeated, as the registration is only valid for a year and the permit expires in three years.

Mr. Daley, who will enjoy a lavish pension of $184,000, will have several handguns protecting him at all times – no paperwork required. The Chicago Sun-Times reported that the mayor demanded five bodyguards[emphasis added], highlighting the hypocrisy of the gun grabbing elite.

Enterprising Troll Fucking Up Gun Buy Back

Traded for $200 in groceries. Are you fucking kidding me?

Nothing (gun related) makes me more depressed than seeing the “after” pictures of a weekend of gun grabbing cops tricking people into trading away valuable and useful firearms for fucking groceries.

The LAPD is reporting this weekend’s event as a success, netting over 2,000 guns. No word on how many of these are BB guns.

In the story below, a snippet reveals two very important details are given out about gun buy backs.

Police will check the serial numbers on the guns in an attempt to locate owners if they show up as stolen, but will not run ballistics tests to see if they were involved in a crime. [emphasis added]

“The likelihood of one of these weapons involved in a murder is very low,” Moore said, adding that the turned-in weapons can no longer be used in a crime.

The guns will be melted down once they are catalogued.

“Absent this process, we never would have gotten these weapons anyway,” Moore said. “Whatever today cost, not having that pointed at a officer, makes it all worthwhile.” [emphasis added]

First of all, this is the perfect chance for a criminal to be virtually assured that the gun he used to cap the crackwhore on the corner last week will never be traced to either him, or his crime. Not only that, Mr. Never-Gonna-Get-Caught now has a free basket of groceries. Way to go detectives, real solid police work there. Hey after you’re done here, maybe you guys wanna go out, get drunk and beat up some females?

The second issue is planly laid out in that last sentence. The cops are more concerned about their own kind than actually protecting the idiots who are handing over their guns.

But the real story here is not the buy back, they happen all the time. The real story here is Mr. Bruce Boyer, resourceful IRL troll who has taken it upon himself to thwart the evil LAPD with his own buy back program. It takes some gusto and a lot of hard work, but this guy and his organization did their best to get in on the action of the buy back.

For the third year in a row, the city is working with local sponsors to offer a pre-Mother’s Day gun buyback program. But this time, there might be some competition.

The city is offering vouchers or gift cards in amounts of $100 and $200 to individuals who bring in weapons today to six different sites – with no questions asked about ownership or identity.

However, this year, a local gun-rights activist plans to show up at the Mission Hills site to inspect guns and refer owners of useful firearms to local gunshops that will be willing to purchase them. Under the plan, those guns will then be donated to women, who will be given training and ammunition so they can protect themselves.

Bruce Boyer, who heads a group called Sons of Liberty L.A. and owns a San Fernando Valley-based alarm company, said he believes his group will have thousands of dollars to spend on the weapons.

“Rather than see perfectly good weapons destroyed, we will be out there offering to buy them,” said Boyer, who has clashed frequently with city officials over the mobile billboards he uses to advertise his firm.

By press time, the LAPD did not have a response to Boyer’s plan to detour would-be gun donors to local gunshops.

Now I checked out this SonsOfLibertyLa site, and they are definitely your typical tea party fan boys. Not that that’s a bad thing. I mean, somebody has to occupy the fringe. And true head cases do accomplish quite a bit of good things sometimes, this buy back being one of them. Brady Campaign bringin’ teh lulz

God Bless Everyone.....even the retards

As many of you know, the Brady Campaign has some fun games on their website, including “Tests That Prove Nothing”, “How We Fail As An Organization”, and “Distort The Facts For Great Justice”.

It has been said that in order for two sides to come to agreement, both sides must begin from a place of mutual respect. Name calling never solves arguments. However, I’m not interested in solving an argument. My sole interest here is to berate and insult for both catharisis and comic effect. So, let me just take this moment to say, Fuck you Jim Brady, you paralyzed asshole. I’m sorry you got shot in the head by some psycho. But being a victim doesn’t give you the right to enforce your agenda on the whole country. You should have focused on the one crazy asshole who should have been put away, but instead you decided to focus your fucked up agenda on the millions of other gun owners who didn’t shoot you in the head.

And fuck you Ronald Reagan for being a closet supporter of the Brady Bill. You didn’t have the balls to support it when you needed Republican votes, but you had no trouble coming out of the closet when the bill landed on Clinton’s desk.

Anyways, what was I saying? Oh yeah….the news.

Apparently Arizona, Utah and Alaska have achieved a perfect score on the Brady Campaign’s website for gun laws. By perfect score, I mean Zero. A lack of conceal carry permits, allowing guns almost everywhere, not having an AWB on the books, and a variety of other laws that actually protect gun owners has earned Arizona, Utah and Alaska a score of Zero. I guess this is the first time this has happened. No word yet on what the prize is, but I’m sure that it will be something nice, like big fat campaign contributions from both the Brady Campaign and the NRA to all relevant public officials which will likely serve to keep things exactly how they are now.

The amusing part about all of this is the criteria on which the states are scored, and the overall crime level of the big cities within these states. Contrary to both sides of the argument, gun control seems to have very little to due with gun crime, or overall crime. The amount of gun deaths per capita in each state is dependent on so many variables that its difficult to make any sense of the statistics at all. The consequence of this is that both sides grab stats that support their argument and hurl them back and forth like missles, hoping to destroy the other side with their obvious intellectual superiority. End result, stupid name calling and no progress.

It is true that guns are used to prevent a lot of crimes. That’s one of the many reasons why I own several and am constantly scheming to get more. It’s also true that some murders wouldn’t happen if a gun was not available to the perpatrator. How is a 110 pound emo faggot going to kill 13 of his classmates who tormented him? Cry them to death? No, he’s going to get a few guns and fuck shit up and then become an hero for the cause.

Now at this point I could go either way, offering up arguments for more gun freedom, or continue shitting on the Brady Campaign. I’ve already done the former, so I’m going to go with the latter.

Using Brady’s website, I could see that while Hawaii scored a 50 out of 100, they had the lowest gun death rate statistics of the 50 states, with just under 3 deaths per 100,000 residents. Fair enough. But curiously they don’t rank the District of Columbia, I guess because they are not a state? Or maybe it’s because DC has the strictest gun laws in the country and yet has the highest gun death rate in the country, at over 31 deaths per 100,000. New Hampshire limps in with a score of 6 out of 100, and yet is in 45th place, with just under 6 per 100,000. Here’s another strange statistic, New Jersey scored high on the Brady test with a 72 out of 100. And they also have one of the lowest firearms death rates in the country, at 4.9 per 100,000. Montana, on the other hand, scored a 2 on the test and pulls in at 13th in the nation for death rates, 14.5 out of 100,000. Now let me ask you, if you were looking for a safe and quiet place to raise your kids where would you rather live, Helena, MT or Camden, NJ? How about Illinois, which scores 35 on the Brady’s test. Right next to Kansas, which comes in at an abysmal 4 points. Exact same death rate at 9.7 per 100,000. Which also happens to be the death rate in Utah, one of our earlier stated winners with a Brady score of 0.

The point is that firearms deaths and firearms laws are not a good indicator of how safe a place is. The Brady Campaign doesn’t want you to know that. They want to make the argument as simple as possible with shitty IQ tests that ask loaded questions and rankings by state about which state is winning the race to ban guns altogether.

So fuck you Jim, your wheelchair and your ugly wife. If you put half as much effort into campaigning for effective drug treatment as you did into your frivolous campaign to end gun violence, maybe we could be celebrating lower statistics in poverty and crime rather than producing bullshit gun law rankings by state. Obviously you are doing something wrong.

What’s A .22 Good For Anyway? Part ll

So yesterday I filled your skulls with knowledge about some new and exciting options for .22 conversions and platforms of your favorite firearms. Today I’m going to double up and give you a second round of head smashing information.

First up it looks like Taurus is getting into the conversion game by announcing via Gun Talk Radio that they will be debuting .22 conversions on some of their popular pistol platforms. The Taurus 822 has been on the market for about a year now, debuting at the 2010 SHOT show. However my sketchy internet research doesn’t really show that its been popular so far. This is the only place that I found any real details on it. It offers a 10 round mag and accessory rail, much like the Walther P22.

Thrilling

Next up, Chiappa announced at the NRA show this year they will be releasing the M9-22, a Beretta 92 copy. Again, a 10 round mag. No accessory rail, but if you are a Beretta fan, you probably don’t care too much. The really sexy thing about this gun is the sub $400 price. MSRP is $369. There is also a “tactical” version that comes with a fake suppressor and a threaded barrel.

Sexy wood.

Another option for you gun freaks out there is a Sig conversion kit for the P226. There is a great write up on GunsForSale.com so I won’t bore you with the details. But I will give you a place where you can buy one.

I literally have nothing to say here.

And finally, a long gun. Legacy Sports is selling an M1 carbine in .22 caliber. Its a synthetic stock, so you don’t get that real wood feel. But its still a classic design with a lot of fans. And with an MSRP of about $330, you can easily justify the purchase to your wife or cat.

So there you have it ladies, lots of options at pretty good prices (except for that fucking $200 Kel Tec conversion).

ATI Updates Hi Point Carbine Stock, Still Shitty

Apparently this news is already a little old. But I’m gonna write about it anyway. ATI has released an updated version of its aftermarket stock for the Hi Point 995 Carbine. In case you don’t know, Hi Point has been making their 995 9mm carbine since about the mid nineties. It used to look like this:

ATI has been selling an aftermarket stock for quite awhile now. It runs about $70 to $80. It looks like this:

Even fucking uglier.

About a year or so ago, Hi Point released an updated version of their own stock and called it the TS (Tactical Stock). It had what the original stock lacked, accessory rails. While the ATI stock had limited rail space, it had more than the classic stock did, which is why a lot of people bought it. Some people bought it for the look, but they are retarded and shouldn’t be considered in this equation. The TS stock added both features and a superior look and feel to the carbine, and was well received in the Hi Point fan circles (myself being one of them). Here is the TS:

Now, ATI just came out with an updated version of their piece of shit stock. Incredibly, it manages to look worse than the original, while not providing any changes that warrant its design over the new TS:

Seriously, this thing looks fucking stupid.

As if that weren’t bad enough, the goddamn thing costs $178. The 995TS costs around $240 brand new.

ATI, you done fucked up. You know that, right?

What To Do When Getting Jacked

Well here’s what you don’t do…..run. Some poor bastard in Tennessee found that out the hard way.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man was shot in the back Sunday night as he attempted to run from robbers in northwest Nashville.

The victim was outside a home on 23rd Avenue North when a black Saturn allegedly pulled up beside him. Two passengers were inside.

Police said one of the passengers got out of the car and asked the victim for his money.

The victim said he started running, and as he was trying to get away, he was shot in the upper back near his shoulder.

The shooting happened just before 12 Midnight. The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries and was expected to recover.

The suspect was described as being six feet tall and heavy set.

There are lots of people that try to tell you what to do when getting mugged. Truthfully, unless you’re highly trained, you’re probably just going to do whatever comes naturally, whether that is fighting, running, shooting back or whatever. But there are a lot of people out there who will go to great lengths to learn shit like this –

This works for anyone, but is especially good for women to use: If someone grabs you by your hair, don’t try to peel their hands off. I know, sounds weird, but here’s what you do: clap your hands on *top* of the one on your hair and hang on tight. Kick out at them to distract them, then with your hands still clamped to your head, start turning in a clockwise direction, under the attacker’s arm. Do it fast enough and with enough force, and you’ve broken a wrist. Or at least made your attacker hurt like stink. Then run and call the police.

Second: The “Secret Service” move. This works on 90 percent of all people. Take your index and middle fingers and push them into the hollow of your attacker’s throat. In most people, this will immediately activate their gag reflex and they will back away automatically. Again, run and call the police.

- but won’t even consider carrying a firearm with them. There is a reason that muggers chose people like you. Because you are weak. You project a weak image. And when you take bullshit classes about defending against a mugger, you aren’t fooling yourself. You are still weak. You know that class was bullshit. But when you decide to get serious about defending yourself and you pack heat, you are changing the way you look at the situation. You are giving yourself a chance to win, and I believe that it shows.
