In the course of teaching students across Colorado, we do see a fair number of shooters who are not only cross eye dominant, but don’t even know what it is let alone how to fix it. I’ve seen other videos on youtube that try to address this issue with overly complex solutions or that downplay it’s significance and try to solve it with solutions that will adversely affect accuracy.
In this video I attempt to quickly explain and demonstrate what cross eye dominance is as well as two easy ways to address it. It’s not a big problem unless it is ignored or is unnoticed. Hopefully this video is helpful to you or someone you know who struggles with this particular issue. All handicaps can be overcome with good solutions and above all, practice practice practice.
