You beeches know I am a sucker for a good boomstick
For 100 bucks I got a older 870 wingmaster 2-3/4 chamberwith a 18" smoothbore slug barrel, a sweet browning cotton sling, and when the dude gets back to me, somewhere around 100 rounds of slugs and buck. The bluing is f***ing shot, so It may be time to do some painting or duracoating.

That's top secret s***, but I can tell you I was recieving monetary comensation while the transaction went down. also, having a hidden spare key for your truck and lots of auto parts boxes around don't hurt either

Cold blue can work, but it takes effort. Make sure its CLEAN as you can get it. Then do about 20 applications of the cold blue, 0000 steel wool in between every 3 or 4 coats. Take your time and it should turn out.

Re: You beeches know I am a sucker for a good boomstick
thanks man. this thing had about 40 years of neglect in the reciever. I am gonna pull apart the trigger group and bolt for a deep cleaning, then I am gonna hone it all to make that trigger break like glass. springs and internals are all good, it's just f***ing filthy

I got it done and assembled. trigger is awesome now, and it looks better than the factory park job on my 870 express mag.
