Archives For war on terror

Call me paranoid if you like. I will retort with disturbing facts that make their jaws drop faster than a Kardashian on her knees in front of a tv executive.

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis Police say you shouldn’t be frightened if you see Army vehicles in the city. The U.S. Army is conducting training in St. Louis city neighborhoods during the next week.

There are dozens of army trucks, humvees and armed vehicles on a parking lot along Goodfellow.

They are there every day at the US Army Reserve Center. But St. Louis police say that some army vehicles may be driving through neighborhoods for the next week.

It is part of army training that will be going on until June 28th.
FOX 2 has made several calls to army offices in St. Louis and Washington, D.C. to get more information about the training, and why it is being held here.

Phone calls have not been returned. However, people who live and work in the area think the army training is a good idea.

The army is starting training in the sixth police district on Thursday. Vehicles like the one pictured in this article will be roving the streets.

It strikes me as a little odd that while the military has literally millions of acres and playgrounds like this to practice their urban tactics in, why they need to come to a real neighborhood and desensitize the public to the sight of troops rolling through your hood.

Mr. Breivik, as you probably know, murdered dozens of kids in Norway. He is a cold blooded motherfucker. And the depths of his psychopathic mania were revealed at the beginning of his trial in April.

(AP) OSLO, Norway – Norwegian gunman Anders Behring Breivik insisted Tuesday he would massacre 77 people all over again, calling his July rampage the most “spectacular” attack by a nationalist militant since World War II.

Reading a prepared statement in court, the anti-Muslim extremist lashed out at Norwegian and European governments for embracing immigration and multiculturalism. He claimed to be speaking as a commander of an anti-Islam militant group he called the Knights Templar — a group that prosecutors say does not exist.

Maintaining he acted out of “goodness, not evil” to prevent a wider civil war, Breivik vowed, “I would have done it again.”

Pressed by prosecutors to explain what he meant, he compared his attacks to the U.S. dropping atomic bombs on Japan during World War II.

“They did it for something good, to prevent further war,” Breivik said.

Now before you write your congressman about what you think I’m about to say, calm the fuck down.

I do not condone what he did. I do not agree with his motivations. I do not think that there is anything right about his actions or his thinking.

What excites me about him is that he shows the glaring hypocrisy of the War on Terror. Here we have a man who claims to be fighting exactly what the U.S. has been claiming to fight for the last 11 years. We call it Terror, he calls it “Islamization”. We call it “anti-freedom”, he calls it “marxism”. Tomato, ToMAto. But in our war, in which we kill with impunity, hire mercenaries who run down civilians in the street, funnel billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars to war profiteers who make mountains of money on death and destruction, and destroy countries, we can somehow manage to claim the moral high ground. We laud the returning troops as heroes, worthy of almost holy reverence. Then men and women who kill civilians behind a flag are saluted and cheered. And what’s more, the politicians who order them to war are never criminally charged. In fact, their advanced technology that use video game technology to make killing easier are praised as innovative and brilliant (if not illegal and immoral).

Enter Anders. The man is acting essentially the same. While he obviously believes in what he did, and thinks that he was doing his patriotic duty, he murdered people who had done him no harm, mercilessly shooting children in the back and blowing up his unsuspecting enemies. He used Modern Warfare and WoW to plan and train for his attack. He was calculated, methodical and technical. I don’t see how he is different than the hawks that have been spending our blood and treasure abroad in the name of “fighting terror”. And Obama is just as guilty as the goon he replaced. The difference between Breivik and the assholes on our side of the ocean is that Breivik is being put on trial and held accountable for his atrocities.

The War on Terror is a sham, and it always was. People, even republicans, have been up in arms over the jokers we call TSA and their antics. Groping children, strip searching old wheelchair bound geriatrics, ogling backscatter images of hot chicks, etc., has become par for the course when flying the friendly skies. The DHS is asking us to spy on each other, firearm owners are viewed as possible terrorists. But this is the end game. This was the plan all along. Incompetence, corruption and power grabbing was always the end result. Our War on Terror has destroyed our country from within, something that no outside force would have ever been able to accomplish.

Fuck Anders, and fuck the cunts who designed, supported and/or cheered our War of Terror that has been a bottomless pit of death, destruction and the ultimate demise of our freedom.

Surviellance in America

With drones and shit.

In Nightline’s special segment “Drones: Who is Watching You?” the focus is on micro-drones (called by the host as “tiny flying robots”) and their versatile applications for people such as real estate agents, the paparazzi, and the police.

True to form, the example shown for police (which, keep in mind, was vehemently denied for widespread use just a few years ago), is a ready-to-go, 10-pound mini-copter drone deployed out of the back of a police cruiser which is reported to have helped nab a stabbing suspect who had fled into nearby covered terrain…

…However, with a tone of gravitas, the comparison is then made to other more complex drones that are the “closest to terrorism fighting robot heroes of Afghanistan and in Iraq — the silent predators of Mideast skies; now launching a new American aerial assault at the hands of domestic law enforcement.”

Here, we can see blatant propaganda for a militarized police state, as they readily conflate military war functions with domestic law enforcement operations into one overall welcoming pro-war, anti-bad guy message.

Welcome to 21st century America. This was always the goal of the War on Terror, it was never about protecting us from external threats, it was always about protecting the government from it’s citizens who at some point will violently reject the slavery that they are being forced into.

TSA using body scanners to get their rocks off.

I’m just hearing about this now, so forgive me for being late to the game, but this shit is horrifying.

Legislation introduced in Congress last year would make people who dropped the dime on “suspected terrorists” immune from civil litigation.

The See Something, Say Something Act of 2011 would provide civil immunity in U.S. courts for individuals who, acting in good faith and based on objectively reasonable suspicion, report threats to appropriate law enforcement officials.

Status of the bill? Basically hibernating on a docket somewhere.

Why is this important? Anyone remember the Spanish Inquisition? The Red Scare? A citizen would face no legal consequences for falsely accusing his neighbor of plotting a terrorist act. It turns vigilance into a weapon. And it’s fucking wrong in a free society.

Add a few more eggs to the mix, and we are sprinting into a downward spiral in this country.

I’m starting to look for the eject button. I want off this ride. It’s not fun anymore.

Fuck this shit, I'm out

The DHS can suck my 1/4 Mexican dick.

So I’m not going to try. Just read this.

On a related note, I challenge anyone to give me one good reason pot is still illegal in 2011. The fact that it is should be a bomb proof clue that your government is not functioning for your benefit but for it’s own. Regardless of the ideological badge that your particular favorite politician wears, or the badge of the politician that you love to hate, all of them…ALL OF THEM…are bending you over an oversized oak desk and ramming their raging hard ons into your unwilling little assholes. Wake the fuck up.

There was a huge base of Conservative support for Bush right after 9/11 when he promised to chase down those evil terrorists. People didn’t generally see that eventually his promise was going to come home to roost.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — On his website, militia leader-turned-blogger Mike Vanderboegh writes about fed-up Americans responding to government violence with guns and grenades. It’s an attempt to warn the government that people are armed and angry, he says, just like last year when he urged those upset with President Barack Obama’s health care plan to toss bricks at Democratic Party offices.

A few people shattered office windows then, and federal prosecutors now say his online novel about a militia making war against the U.S. government inspired a group of four retirement-age men in Georgia to plot an attack on unnamed government leaders using guns, the highly deadly toxin ricin and explosives.

Vanderboegh said he doesn’t know the suspects. He ridiculed the men’s plans and chuckled at the notoriety he has gained for his online rants.

Basically the FBI is characterizing Mike Vanderboegh as the primary motivator for those who would do the country harm. Using domestic anti-terrorist tools, the authorities are in the early stages of cracking down on political dissent in the name of protecting your shopping malls.

I’ve said it many times, authoritarianism is not a one way street. The tools you allow against your enemies will eventually be used against you. This is precisely why torture, domestic spying, sneak and peek warrants, and the assassination of “terrorists” are all really bad ideas.

I’m sure you already knew that, but hopefully more people are figuring it out with each passing day now that the truth is slowly seeping out of the media.

From yesterday’s LATimes:

Justice Department officials said Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. routinely received reports about myriad ongoing investigations around the country, and that the reports did not disclose that ATF agents were purposely “walking” the weapons. They said Issa received a similar Fast and Furious update last year.

But congressional investigators said the memos suggested Holder had hedged what he knew.

According to the emails, Holder was told generally about Fast and Furious in the memos in July, October and November 2010, well before he told congressional committees he had first learned of the program.

On March 10, Holder testified before a Senate subcommittee that he had just learned about the Fast and Furious gun-walking allegations and had asked for the inspector general’s investigation. “We cannot have a situation where guns are allowed to walk,” he said.

On May 3, he was asked by Issa when he first learned about Fast and Furious. “I’m not sure of the exact date,” Holder testified. “But I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.”

Justice Department officials said Holder was referring to the date when he first learned about the operational details of Fast and Furious, not the program itself.

The rest of the article is pretty damning too, you should read the whole thing.

Once again, the common man is required to follow innumerable laws under penalty of imprisonment or death, but once you cloak yourself in the law, you are free to do as you please. Of course it helps that you can justify your actions with bullshit like the War on Terror and the War on Drugs.

Eric Holder, the fucking head of the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, is absolutely intentionally evasive in answering the questions put to him by Issa and the rest of the investigating committee. If anyone knows what an evasive answer is and why it would be used, it’s a fucking lawyer. There is no way that anyone should accept this kind of bullshit from the country’s top justice official. Yet here we are.

Fuck these faggots and their fucking evil ways.

In the War Of Terror, everyone becomes a suspect.

So uh, according to the FBI, doing perfectly legal things now makes you a suspect. Of course, at the bottom of the flyer is this sentence:

It is important to remember that just because someone’s speech, actions, beliefs, appearance, or way of life is different; it does not mean that he/she is suspicious.

Just going to let that sit for a second….

I struggle to even find the words.

I used to say this early after the wire tapping scandal hit the Bush administration: Be careful what you defend when it comes to “fighting terrorism” you Rightwing fucks because eventually these laws will be turned against you.

Did anyone listen? Of course not because people in general are fucking stupid. But I was right. They used to think they were safe, but now the Right is running scarred, fearful be being branded as a terrorist because they like to think they have the balls to stand up to their government.

In the strongest possible tone I can muster over the Internet, I FUCKING TOLD YOU SO.

It would be comical if it wasn’t our reality. Case in point, the blog where I found this FBI narc flyer continues with the same retarded thought process, but complaining that the government should be aiming their weapons at ragheads, and not at dyed in the wool, red blooded, patriotic Americans.

Islamist terrorists are not known to hang out in local Army-Navy surplus stores, stocking up on MRE’s, high capacity magazines and bi-pods for their long range rifles. As Brandon Smith, over at Alt-market.com notes, “These are very common purchases, not for terrorists, but for Preppers and Survivalists, who are obviously the targets of the FBI profile, not secret Al-Qaeda agents.” Spot on. Obviously the current crop of FBI “leadership” considers anyone who wants to be self-sufficient and prepared to be a “threat” that should be relentlessly tracked and reported.

[emphasis mine]

Newsflash OathKeepers, you are the enemy. You are the terrorists. You may not think so, but your government does and that’s all that counts.

“Be Prepared.”

That’s the motto of the Boy Scouts.

“Be prepared for what?” someone once asked Baden-Powell, the founder of Scouting,

“Why, for any old thing.” said Baden-Powell.

Under the logic of this most recent handout, the Boy Scouts should be reported as “suspicious.” I can just hear the people at Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), who likely helped write this handout, screeching “Someone report Baden-Powell to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force! He’s advocating an extremist, paranoid “prepper” ideology! Oh, wait …he’s dead? Well then, report anyone who quotes him! Such as that subversive remnant of American reactionary radicalization of the youth, the Boy Scouts! That’s a hotbed for extremist radicalization. Why haven’t they been shut down yet?! Someone get Cass Sunstein and Holder on the phone!”

The Founders would have wanted all of us, every one, to “be prepared” for “any old thing.” They would have wanted us to have night vision, gas masks (which come in handy in many situations), “high-capacity” magazines – and the powerful military pattern rifles that use them – bi-pods so we can shoot accurately at long distance, and plenty of ammunition in “weatherproofed” containers (also known as surplus ammo cans). They would have wanted us to have plenty of MRE’s for handy field use, and even “night flashlights.” I suppose “day flashlights” are OK with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, but those dangerous “night flashlights” are verboten, and anyone who buys one must be reported! I certainly hope it wasn’t actually someone at the FBI who wrote that.**

This absurd list sounds like it was compiled by someone at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) or by someone at the Brady Center. I’m shocked it doesn’t also list purchase of “those shoulder things that go up” as a potential indicator of terrorist activity. And it may well have been written by the SPLC. As Oath Keepers exposed in October of 2010, the CEO of Southern Poverty Law Center now sits on the DHS “Working Group on Countering Violent Extremism,” which is tasked with designing training initiatives that reach right down to the local community level (as in “communities against terrorism”), to include training local police, social workers, teachers, “child protective services” personnel, and mental health professionals on how to use their power and influence to “counter violent extremism.”

I don’t have to tell you who SPLC likes to label “extremist.” You already know. Just look in the mirror. If you dare to quote the Founding Fathers, if you still believe in the self evident truths and principles of liberty espoused in the Declaration of Independence, if you advocate strict obedience of the Constitution, if you dare to take your oath seriously, and encourage others to do likewise, you are a radical “extremist” according to the SPLC and their “Hate Watch” website, and they will lump you in with neo-Nazis, skinheads, cop-killers and terrorists. And likewise if you support Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, or Michelle Bachmann, or if you watch Judge Andrew Napolitano’s Freedom Watch show or like Glenn Beck, since all of them are considered “enablers” of extremism by the SPLC. And of course, Oath Keepers has been a target of their smear campaigns from the day of its founding. I consider it a badge of honor. You know you’re over the target when Mark Potok starts screeching about you on national TV.

Still, the irony seems to escape the Right. Get a clue, your government didn’t intend to protect you when Bush was in office, and it doesn’t intend to protect you now. It’s not a Democrat/Republican issue, it’s a power issue. Wake up.

And we didn’t even see it coming.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration says it’s taking “seriously” a statement from an al Qaeda spokesman that instructs sympathizers of the terrorist group to exploit soft spots in U.S. gun laws.

Last week, Adam Gadahn, an American-born spokesman for al Qaeda, released a video informing followers that, “America is absolutely awash with easily obtainable firearms” and urging them to exploit what is commonly known as the gun show loophole.

“You can go down to a gun show at the local convention center and come away with a fully automatic assault rifle without a background check and, most likely, without having to show an identification card,” Gadahn added. “So what are you waiting for?”

Can you believe this nonsense?

And now Obama has an excuse to write some Executive Orders.

What the fuck America? Are we really this stupid?

Is this what Barry meant when he said, “under the radar“? Can we say “False Flag”?
